Very nice place to stay.

The entire bathtubs side was off laying on the floor and the bottom parts of the tub exposed. You have many bugs flying around but I know that’s difficult to manage this time of year. Toilet cleaner did not even work.That’s why I gave some categories a low rating. Staff was excellent from Check in, to the valet, bar tender and service staff who brought me tooth paste and brush.

The room was very nice, the hotel smelled amazing, it was very quiet as well. and the location was very convenient!

This historic, very well maintained building has a perfect location to walk to anything you’d want to get to in downtown Buffalo. The lobby was impressive, but awkwardly quiet (except for when the bar/lounge next door was bumpin’), compounded by there never really being any staff around. The room (we had a standard king) was nice. Very soft, comfortable bed and towels. It was nicely decorated including a coffee maker, iron and board, and even a wine opener. It did not however include a mini fridge or a safe - and the shelf in the bathroom was missing. But everything was clean, and well maintained and the rooms were pretty quiet. Overall a great property if you want a great location and something different from the generic, corporate style hotels. I’d try one of the suites next time.
